Quality Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing Latvian manufacturer of nail‑care products, exporting to more than 40 countries. As a Quality Manager you will lead the development and continuous improvement of our quality management system, ensuring every product exceeds customer expectations and strengthens our market reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain an excellent quality management system aligned with relevant standards.
• Guarantee that all manufactured products meet defined quality requirements and customer needs.
• Identify and resolve non‑conformities, perform root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Develop the quality team, fostering a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong critical‑thinking abilities.
• Leadership skills with the capacity to persuade and achieve results.
• Passion for systematic improvements and root‑cause elimination.
• Effective communication with customers and suppliers, including fluency in English.
