Quality Manager

About the role

COBELEC is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join the Rail Baltica Energy Subsystem (ENE) Design & Build project. You will ensure that all engineering, design, and construction activities meet the highest standards of excellence, regulatory compliance, and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the project’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare, submit, and obtain approval for the Contractor’s Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Develop and review procedures for system reviews, audits, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct Project Quality Audits (PQA) and supervise corrective and preventive action processes.
• Track non‑conformities and ensure timely resolution.
• Review and comment on design QMPs, method statements, inspection and test plans, test reports, and material submissions.
• Prepare monthly reports summarising quality activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of proven QA/QC experience on large‑scale engineering or construction projects.
• At least 1 year of experience in railway infrastructure projects.
• C1 level English proficiency.
• Willingness to work abroad for the project duration.
