Quality Control Inspector – Manufacturing

About the role

Redwire Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure that incoming materials, in‑process products and finished goods meet defined quality requirements and that preventive and corrective measures are effectively applied.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, implement and maintain quality control processes across the organization.
• Plan, implement and assess preventive and corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Perform inspections of incoming materials, in‑process products and finished goods according to approved procedures and standards.
• Identify non‑conforming products, conduct root‑cause analysis with relevant departments and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing and production processes to minimise quality risks.
• Provide quality‑related support to the production department, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness, continuous improvement and compliance with internal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
• Experience or strong understanding of manufacturing and production environments.
• Solid knowledge of quality control and quality assurance principles.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability and high attention to detail.
• Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
