Quality Assurance Engineer – Core Financial Services

About the role

Join Luminor as a Quality Assurance Engineer focused on core financial services. You will ensure high‑quality software delivery by designing test processes, collaborating with development teams, and maintaining automation frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document and track software defects using JIRA.
• Perform functional, regression, integration and performance testing.
• Automate repetitive test cases and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Selenide, TestNG, Postman).
• Review system specifications to define testing requirements.
• Support software releases and provide post‑deployment issue resolution.

Required profile

• Proficient in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience with defect tracking tools, especially JIRA.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Fluent English communication for Pan‑Baltic collaboration.
