Project Change Manager

About the role

As a Project Change Manager within Roche Services & Solutions, you will lead change initiatives for the Marketing Technologies organization, ensuring successful adoption of new technical functionalities across a global ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement a holistic change management strategy covering engagement, readiness, and adoption in close alignment with solution owners.
• Monitor adoption of technical functionalities, identify usability improvements, and collaborate with solution owners and users.
• Define readiness frameworks, manage cross‑solution engagement, and deliver enablement materials to empower stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary adoption contact, translate user needs into actionable feedback, and ensure consistent learning content.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 5 years of experience in project and change management.
• Proven expertise in change management methodologies and instructional design for adult learners.
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent English communication skills in a matrix organization.
• Experience facilitating global workshops and contributing to complex, multi‑site projects.
