Program Manager – Baltic Countries (UAS)

About the role

Redwire Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex development programs for unmanned aerial systems (UAS) across the Baltic region. Based in Riga, you will own customer‑focused initiatives from proposal through delivery and post‑delivery support, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned programs, controlling schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Lead internal R&D initiatives, drive innovation and meet key project milestones.
• Coordinate product development phases from proposal and system design to production and customer support.
• Serve as primary customer contact, providing regular progress updates and handling field issues.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and other departments.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, conduct root‑cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor program KPIs, produce status reports and manage program P&L to achieve financial targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Risk Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience in aerospace, defense, UAS/UAV or related advanced engineering industries.
• Hands‑on experience with New Product Development processes and design milestones (PDR, CDR).
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills and willingness to travel as required.
