Program Manager – Baltic Countries

About the role

Redwire Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) for customers across the Baltic region. Based in Riga, Latvia, you will own the full program lifecycle—from proposal and design through manufacturing, delivery and post‑delivery support—ensuring timely, on‑budget, high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of assigned UAS programs, controlling schedule, budget and deliverables.
• Lead internal R&D initiatives, drive innovation and meet key project milestones such as PDR and CDR.
• Coordinate product development phases, from system design to production and customer support.
• Serve as primary customer contact, providing regular updates, handling field issues and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and other departments.
• Identify, assess and mitigate program risks, conduct root‑cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor program KPIs, report status and manage program budgets and P&L to achieve financial targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Risk Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense or UAV industries.
• Experience with New Product Development (NPD) processes and design milestones (PDR, CDR).
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Fluent English (CEFR B2 or higher); knowledge of Latvian, Lithuanian or Estonian is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
