Professional Massage Therapist – Anti-Aging Institute

About the role

We are looking for a qualified massage therapist to join the Anti‑Aging Institute team in the heart of Riga. The successful candidate will understand each client’s individual needs, select the most suitable massage technique, and deliver safe, result‑oriented services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to clients.
• Collect client anamnesis, evaluate health status, indications and contraindications.
• Recommend the most appropriate massage or procedure based on client goals.
• Perform a variety of massage techniques and body procedures, including equipment‑based treatments.
• Monitor client comfort throughout the session and ensure a hygienic work environment by disinfecting surfaces and equipment.

Required profile

• Registered in the Medical Personnel Register.
• Valid massage therapist certification.
• Practical experience in massage therapy.
• Ability to assess client needs and adapt techniques individually.
• Empathy, precision, strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
• Willingness to develop skills with modern therapeutic equipment.
