Production Technician – Post‑Processing (Riga)

About the role

Redwire Defense Tech Riga is seeking a Production Technician for its Post‑Processing Department. The position involves finishing and bonding composite parts, preparing surfaces, and ensuring high‑quality output in a fast‑paced aerospace and defense environment.

Key responsibilities

• Bond and assemble composite material parts according to technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Prepare surfaces and perform finishing operations such as sanding, grinding, and painting of components.
• Maintain high‑quality workmanship and comply with production and safety requirements throughout post‑processing.
• Inspect completed parts to verify accuracy, surface quality, and adherence to specifications.

Required profile

• Secondary technical or vocational education preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings.
• Good command of Latvian; English language skills are an advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Capability to follow technical documentation, internal procedures, and supervisor instructions accurately.
