Production Planner

About the role

Redwire Corporation is seeking a Production Planner to support manufacturing operations, ensure production plans are met, and maintain quality, safety, and efficiency across production areas.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage production plans to meet customer and R&D deadlines.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and adjust plans when delays occur.
• Monitor material and equipment procurement.
• Support production processes, work schedules and ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards and safety rules.
• Investigate and resolve non‑conformities and defects; participate in MRB meetings.
• Maintain and update production documentation.
• Support ERP system administration and updates.

Required profile

• Secondary vocational education, preferably first‑level higher education.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Good working knowledge of Excel for planning, tracking and basic analysis.
• Analytical, organized, detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in Latvian and English.
