Process Designer

About the role

Join Luminor as a Process Designer and help shape efficient, results‑oriented business and sales processes across all channels. You will transform local processes into unified pan‑Baltic workflows and support the development of retail customer‑facing units.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and continuously improve business and sales processes across all channels.
• Unify existing local processes into pan‑Baltic standards and implement common working principles for retail units.
• Define required competencies for retail staff and contribute to training program design.
• Analyse root causes of customer or employee issues and propose actions to enhance experience and efficiency.
• Apply lean methodologies and agile collaboration to optimise processes.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, guidelines and business cases for optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience gathering, analysing and structuring business and technical requirements.
• Strong ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of the banking industry in the Baltic region.
• Leadership experience in facilitating requirements‑gathering workshops.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, for pan‑Baltic collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with banking systems and core business processes.
• Experience in process design, preferably in retail or customer‑facing environments.
• Strong knowledge of lean methodologies.
• Agile collaboration experience.
