Planning Engineer – Infrastructure Projects (Baltic Region)

About the role

We are seeking a Planning Engineer to join a joint‑venture leading a mega‑infrastructure project across the Baltic region. The role focuses on developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 to minimise delays and ensure timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and monitor project schedules for large‑scale linear infrastructure works.
• Analyse schedule performance, identify critical path activities and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to integrate scope changes.
• Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for senior management.
• Support risk analysis and mitigation planning through schedule data.
• Conduct schedule audits and ensure compliance with project controls standards.
• Facilitate schedule workshops and training for project staff.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (civil, mechanical, or related discipline).
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer on major construction projects, preferably linear infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver accurate schedules.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
