About the role

Storent, a technology rental company operating across the Baltics, Sweden, Finland and the USA, is looking for a Personnel Specialist to cover a temporary vacancy of up to two years. You will manage the full recruitment cycle in Latvia and help shape Storent’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for all open positions.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, arrange testing and collect feedback.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Prepare job offers, employment contracts and related onboarding documentation.
• Design and monitor onboarding plans together with line managers.
• Organise exit interviews and manage the off‑boarding process.
• Maintain the career page, recruitment materials and candidate database.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to managers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong interest in full‑cycle recruitment and employer branding.
• Ability to work closely with department heads and senior management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
