About the role

Tele2 is looking for a Personnel Administrative Specialist to manage employee records and support HR processes in a digital environment. The role involves ensuring compliance with Latvian legislation and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain personnel files and documentation digitally in accordance with legal requirements.
• Manage the full lifecycle of employment contracts, from onboarding to termination.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
• Drive digitisation of HR processes, including document management in SharePoint.
• Support benefits administration and payroll data preparation.
• Participate in HR projects and process optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in personnel administration within a digital environment.
• Familiarity with HR management systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of document digitisation tools, ideally Microsoft SharePoint.
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Good command of Latvian and foreign languages.
• Analytical mindset, high sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
