Performance Reporting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Reporting Analyst to join Luminor’s banking team. You will develop and maintain weekly and monthly reporting processes, turning data into actionable insights for the Pan‑Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements, design data sourcing logic and build visual layers for end users.
• Develop, maintain and enhance regular weekly and monthly reports using Excel, Power BI and SQL.
• Maintain mapping tables, logics and adapt reports to changing data sources.
• Participate in creating new metrics or attributes in the Datamart, including testing and documentation.
• Handle ad‑hoc data requests and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and data quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Good knowledge of bank products, processes and IT systems, including accounting and financial reporting.
• Prior experience working with data warehouses and activity‑based costing is desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision‑making and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
