Patient & Doctor Support Specialist

About the role

Medon is a licensed digital health provider in Latvia that connects patients with doctors online. We are looking for a friendly, empathetic person to be the first point of contact for both patients and doctors, answering questions and helping resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patient and doctor questions via phone, WhatsApp, and email, assisting with appointment booking, platform usage, technical issues, and everyday situations.
• Manage consultation rescheduling and other operations that require communication with both parties.
• Maintain internal systems by updating data and keeping records organized.

Required profile

• Kind, patient, empathetic person who listens and helps find solutions.
• Ability to stay calm and handle incomplete information or anxious callers.
• Fluent Latvian, working proficiency in English and Russian.
• Comfortable with digital tools and modern platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital communication tools (phone, WhatsApp, email).
• Experience using internal data‑management systems.

What we offer

• Part‑time contract: 15–20 hours per week, €750 gross.
