Part-time Sales & Market Research Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Sales & Market Research Assistant to support our international sales team. The role focuses on research, data handling and practical sales support rather than cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Research companies, industries and markets in European countries.
• Create and maintain company lists and databases in Excel.
• Find company information, websites, contacts and relevant data.
• Research new projects, investments, renovations and tenders.
• Prepare simple Excel tables, presentations and reports.
• Assist with Word, PowerPoint and commercial documents.
• Translate larger documents using appropriate tools.
• Create short project videos using Clipchamp or similar tools.
• Use AI tools for research, data processing and document preparation.
• Configure simple AI‑powered workflows for sales and research tasks.

Required profile

• Comfortable searching for information online.
• Organised, accurate and a fast learner.
• Good with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to understand and complete clear assignments independently.
• Interest in international business and B2B sales.
• Comfortable using AI tools.
