About the role

Join Tele2’s Sales Expert team focused on private customers. You will work onsite in a modern office environment, selling a range of Tele2 telecom services over the phone and helping new and existing clients find the best solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Actively propose and sell Tele2 products and services to private individuals via phone.
• Develop sales, communication and argumentation skills through continuous training.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets, motivating yourself and colleagues.
• Maintain high-quality customer interactions and handle complex situations with resilience.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and eager to grow both personally and professionally.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to meet sales goals and continuously improve performance.
