About the role

Join a dynamic H&M store in Riga as a part‑time Sales Consultant. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, guiding shoppers through the store and helping them find the right items.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers, offering personalized assistance.
• Demonstrate the product range and share fashion knowledge.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑stocked sales floor, fitting rooms and staff areas.
• Support opening and closing routines.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Interest in fashion and retail processes; willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Communicative, creative, curious and team‑oriented.
• Flexible, action‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
