About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team in the Pļavnieki district of Riga. You will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to customers in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the store’s appearance and ensure products are well presented.
• Assist customers, answer questions, and guide them to suitable purchases.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash registers.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, according to the schedule.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for working in customer‑facing roles.
• Reliability and a sense of ownership for the store’s performance.
• Positive, responsible attitude toward work.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for point‑of‑sale systems.
