About the role
The Operational Control Center (OCC) team in Imanta, Riga, is looking for a dedicated staff member to manage alarm signals, coordinate responses, and maintain communication with clients and protected sites.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process emergency alarm signals.
- Handle telephone calls with contact persons of secured locations.
- Coordinate rapid response actions with operational and support units.
- Communicate with client representatives in English.
- Prepare and submit regular activity reports.
Required profile
- Completed basic education.
- Proficiency in using a computer.
- Fluent oral and written Latvian and English.
- Strong communication abilities.

- Stable, always‑paid remuneration at €8.00 gross per hour.

- Shift schedule: 12‑hour rotations (07:00‑19:00 and 19:00‑07:00).
