Motion Designer – Strategic Projects

About the role

Welltech is looking for a Motion Designer to join its Strategic Projects unit. You will work in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment, creating video ads and animations for emerging acquisition channels and partnership models.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, direct, and upscale AI‑driven video, voice, and image assets using tools such as Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, Midjourney or Runway.
• Design visually compelling animations, transitions, typography, visual effects and compositing sequences for a variety of ad formats and platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new creative concepts.
• Elevate emotional storytelling to drive performance metrics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with mobile‑first motion trends and platform‑specific best practices.
• Collaborate with the creative and growth teams to translate ideas into effective visuals.
• Own the full production pipeline from concept to final render, delivering quickly and efficiently.
• Contribute fresh ideas during ideation, testing and iteration cycles across multiple projects.
• Help build efficient workflows, templates or lightweight automation to support rapid testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in performance marketing or a fast‑paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of motion work and mobile‑first thinking.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Figma (a plus)
• AI generation tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs or similar
