MICE Project Manager – Riga

About the role

Baltic Travel Group is seeking a dynamic MICE Project Manager to join its Riga office. In this hybrid position you will lead the planning and execution of meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and events for corporate and leisure clients across the Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans for each MICE assignment, defining scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, transportation, accommodation, catering and technical equipment.
• Manage timelines, monitor progress and ensure on‑site or virtual events run smoothly.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance) and external vendors to guarantee high‑quality service.
• Maintain client communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of project management principles applied to event processes.
• Proven experience in event management, preferably within travel or corporate settings.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Educational background in Business, Events Management, Tourism or related fields is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Latvian; additional languages are a plus.
