About the role

NORSAN Latvia is expanding its digital marketing activities and seeks an experienced Meta Ads specialist to drive measurable business growth. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta platforms while leveraging data and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and make result‑driven decisions.
• Develop audience segmentation, remarketing, conversion tracking, and full‑funnel strategies.
• Test and iterate on creative assets and audience sets to improve ROI.
• Proactively propose ideas, initiatives, and recommendations for continuous growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Meta Ads platform and a track record of delivering results.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
• Hands‑on experience creating and testing ad creatives and audience variations.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute strategic ideas.
