About the role

As the Media Services Division Director you will lead the Backscreen business line, shaping the growth of a new brand in international markets. You will be responsible for steering strategy, managing a cross‑functional team and delivering ambitious OTT and streaming technology projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the business strategy for media and streaming technologies.
• Oversee full‑cycle development of OTT solutions for video storage, processing, publishing, streaming and playback.
• Set business goals, KPIs and manage the division’s budget to ensure efficient resource use.
• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and identify new sales opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with clients, partners and suppliers, and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with other company units to ensure successful commercialization of digital services.
• Build, develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team including technology, sales, marketing, product development and project management leaders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Management, IT or Telecommunications (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading product or business lines.
• Proven track record in digital product development and media technology markets.
• Strong understanding of client needs, business planning and budgeting.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication in Latvian and English, both spoken and written.
