About the role

Moller Auto is seeking a motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to join its Volkswagen Krasta dealership in Riga. You will be responsible for driving the sales of pre‑owned light vehicles, building relationships with customers, and ensuring a high‑quality buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell used light‑weight cars to private and corporate customers.
• Identify and attract new clients through proactive outreach.
• Receive used cars and evaluate their visual condition.
• Organise pre‑sale preparation, including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Maintain the order and presentation of the sales floor.
• Conduct basic technical inspections of incoming vehicles.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service and active sales.
• Ability to plan and organise work independently.
• Energetic, goal‑oriented approach to the sales process.
• Positive "can‑do" attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Strong communication skills in Latvian and English.
• Good driving skills.
