About the role

We are a leading law firm in Latvia seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager to shape our brand narrative, drive growth, and enhance our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling stories and communications that reflect people, ideas, and change within the legal sector while strengthening the firm’s brand.
• Develop and implement the firm’s marketing and communication strategy, lead the team and own the results.
• Manage digital channels – website, social media and other platforms – ensuring high‑quality, up‑to‑date content.
• Boost firm visibility and reputation by coordinating participation in international and local legal rankings (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500).
• Identify new business opportunities, nurture client and partner relationships, and expand collaborations with industry organisations.
• Plan, monitor and administer the marketing budget, guaranteeing efficient use of resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading marketing, business development and communications functions.
• Strategic thinker capable of turning ideas into measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing and brand building.
• Higher education in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field.
• Excellent relationship‑building and collaboration abilities.
