Managing Director – Multi‑Market Quick‑Service Restaurants

About the role

The Managing Director will lead Premier Restaurants’ McDonald’s operations across Latvia and Estonia. Based in Riga and reporting to the Board, the role combines strategic vision with hands‑on operational oversight to drive growth, expansion and profitability in both markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute market‑specific strategies that align with Premier Capital’s overall objectives.
• Oversee restaurant expansion, ensuring new sites are launched on schedule and within budget.
• Lead a senior management team, fostering a high‑performance culture and ensuring operational excellence.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and risk management for all locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with McDonald’s corporate, local authorities and other key stakeholders.
• Leverage synergies between the Latvian and Estonian operations to optimise resources and improve long‑term performance.

Required profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in a multi‑site consumer or quick‑service restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of scaling businesses, delivering profitable growth and leading organisational change.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to allocate resources effectively.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel regularly between Latvia and Estonia.
