Learning & Skills Lead

About the role

We are seeking a senior Learning & Skills Lead to turn strategic talent goals into everyday learning experiences. You will design, implement and scale frameworks that enable leaders and teams to grow and succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Translate organizational direction into high‑impact learning programs, leadership development actions and scalable frameworks.
• Partner with functional leaders to diagnose team‑specific learning needs and align initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee people‑development architecture, including career pathing, competency models, performance cycles and succession programs.
• Design and deliver engaging curricula for leaders, managing both internal delivery and external vendor relationships.
• Measure behavioral change and business impact, continuously modernising the approach with new tools and AI‑driven solutions.
• Manage the L&D budget, vendor contracts and consultant partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience scaling learning and development or leadership programs, preferably in fast‑moving tech environments.
• Strong track record of building end‑to‑end curricula and personally delivering training.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into practical, executable programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior executives and functional heads.
• Data‑informed mindset with experience measuring real business outcomes.
• Curiosity about future learning technologies, including AI.
