Latvian Speaking Support Associate – Part‑time

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Latvian‑speaking Support Associate to join its Riga office on a part‑time basis. You will work evening shifts, helping customers, couriers and partner venues via live chat and phone, ensuring smooth delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries through live chat and telephone, providing accurate and friendly assistance.
• Support courier partners and venue staff by resolving issues related to orders, deliveries and payments.
• Collaborate with the wider Support team and other departments to improve processes and service quality.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions and follow internal guidelines for escalation.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a personal touch and a customer‑obsessed mindset.
• Fast learner who can multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability for evening shifts (18:00‑22:00) five days a week, including weekends.
• Fluent in Latvian and professional working proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in using live‑chat and telephone support tools.
