Kredītriska analītiķis/-e (Credit Risk Analyst)

About the role

Join Citadele Bank's Credit Risk team within the Savings and Forecasting unit of the Risk Management Division. You will help build accurate risk models and support strategic decisions that shape the bank's future.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in monthly IFRS 9 provisioning calculations and reporting.
• Analyze and monitor credit risk parameters such as PD and LGD.
• Develop and enhance Expected Credit Loss (ECL) models and forecasting tools.
• Prepare analyses, reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide expertise on credit risk, capital management and stress‑testing matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, finance, banking, mathematics or a related field.
• Experience in credit risk, provisioning, forecasting, financial modelling or data analysis.
• Knowledge of IFRS 9, PD/LGD models and credit loss calculation processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• SQL knowledge.
• Python programming skills.
