About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Relationship Manager to develop and maintain long‑term B2B relationships in the Vidzeme and Zemgale regions of Latvia. You will be one of the first to introduce new technology solutions to our corporate customers and work closely with an IT‑focused team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing corporate accounts, ensuring long‑term satisfaction.
• Identify, approach and acquire new B2B customers in the assigned regions.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits and presentations to showcase integrated telecom/IT solutions.
• Develop customized offers and integrated solutions that meet client needs.
• Drive portfolio revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Provide timely support for any service‑related issues.

Required profile

• Proven success in B2B sales and relationship building.
• Experience in the telecommunications and/or IT sector, preferably with non‑standard solutions.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent Latvian language skills.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of telecom and IT service offerings.
