About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will join JYSK’s support team to deliver professional assistance to customers via phone and email. You will act as a knowledgeable point of contact, providing product information, handling inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails with accurate and courteous service.
• Process client requests, offer consultations and guide customers on products, services and current promotions.
• Classify and document inquiries, preparing relevant information for internal teams.
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset in varied situations.
• Strong command of Latvian language.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• High sense of responsibility and result orientation.
