About the role

Join IKEA Latvia’s logistics team as a Customer Service Associate in the warehouse. You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth order processing, delivery coordination, and customer satisfaction while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Check orders and issue them to customers.
• Coordinate costs and deadlines for customer delivery services.
• Operate the cash register system.
• Organise goods issuance, delivery and assembly services.
• Prepare and hand over deliveries to partner companies.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse area.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
• Experience in customer service and/or logistics is desirable.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
• Strong prioritisation and independent work capabilities.
• Proficiency in Latvian language.
• Basic computer skills at user level.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
