Kickstarter in Finance – start your finance career

About the role

SEB Global Services is looking for motivated individuals to launch a career in finance, regardless of previous experience. As a Kickstarter, you will be placed in a suitable finance area and receive full support to develop your skills.

Key responsibilities

• Process different bank operations.
• Improve and automate bank processes.
• Prepare reports and process documentation.
• Support SEB clients worldwide, mainly organisations, through written communication and occasional calls.
• Participate in interdisciplinary and international projects.

Required profile

• Strong motivation to develop in the financial field.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with work involving foreign countries.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Growth mindset, responsibility, and good time‑management skills.
• Self‑driven, positive, and open‑minded attitude.
• Understanding of banking products and financial terminology or relevant education (finance, banking, economics, etc.) is an advantage.
