About the role

The Category and Client Offering Division Manager will lead the strategic and operational management of LMT Retail & Logistics product categories and client offers. You will shape a competitive portfolio that aligns with market trends, LMT group services and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a market‑driven product and service offering.
• Manage assortment, pricing and placement across retail, e‑commerce and other business units.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, sales results and growth potential of categories.
• Plan and organise work for the division, supervise category managers and ensure a unified development approach.
• Represent LMT R&L in negotiations with existing and potential suppliers locally and abroad.
• Ensure achievement of assortment strategy, optimal purchasing volumes, inventory and reserve management.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or business management.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a unit manager.
• At least 5 years experience in product group or brand management, preferably in electronics retail.
• Strong analytical thinking, data‑driven decision making and high accuracy.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent business English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (including Pivot tables).
• Proficient use of MS Office for extensive data analysis.
