Junior or Consultant in HR Administration

About the role

Circle K is seeking an HR Administration Consultant to join its Europe team, supporting employees and managers across 12 European countries. The position is based in Riga and focuses on the German market, offering a chance to develop expertise in global HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and process employee and organizational data transactions in Workday.
• Perform master‑data and payroll quality‑assurance controls.
• Handle incoming requests via ServiceNow and provide consultation to Circle K employees in Germany.

Required profile

• Higher education degree or final‑year student.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Workday HRIS.
• SAP (advantage).
• Microsoft Office suite.
