About the role

Join Lidl as a Junior Non-Food Promotion Specialist, focusing on fashion, kids, and hobby categories. You will support promotional activities across the Baltic region, ensuring smooth logistics, accurate pricing, and effective market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate non‑food logistics and distribution, monitoring stock levels in Baltic logistics centres.
• Communicate with international suppliers to obtain updates and resolve delivery or damage issues.
• Track promotional deadlines and collaborate with internal departments to address daily queries.
• Calculate and set promotional prices, supporting quarterly order planning and long‑term strategy.
• Visit retail stores, monitor market trends, and conduct competitor analysis with detailed reporting.
• Handle administrative tasks related to pricing, marketing, and logistics in a dynamic environment.

Required profile

• Higher education or final‑year student status.
• Experience in purchasing, logistics, or retail supply‑chain coordination is a plus.
• Fluent in Latvian and English.
• Responsible, precision‑oriented, and adaptable to changing situations.
• Category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
