Junior Finance Specialist – Fuel Accounts Payable

About the role

Join Circle K Business Centre in Riga as a Junior Specialist in the Fuel Accounts Payable team. This temporary 1.5‑year position offers hands‑on experience in finance and the chance to develop your accounting skills in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices.
• Participate in month‑end closing according to the reporting schedule.
• Respond to supplier inquiries and collaborate with internal teams.
• Support the maintenance and improvement of process documentation, procedures, and work instructions.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (students welcome).
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English and Latvian, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, collaboration and attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking, organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn and a strong team‑player attitude.
• Previous accounting experience is an advantage.
