Junior DevOps Specialist

About the role

The Junior DevOps Specialist will work within an automation team to develop and document software testing plans, create innovative concepts and applications, and participate in the full lifecycle of automation solutions—from prototypes to integration into the company’s product portfolio. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of applications, monitoring performance, and continuously improving technical skills in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document software testing plans.
• Design, code, maintain and test automation solutions from prototype to integration.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of applications in cooperation with the testing team.
• Monitor, diagnose and correct defects or performance issues detected during testing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate automation solutions into company products.

Required profile

• Knowledge of analysis and synthesis methods, industry terminology and relevant regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
• Basic skills in object‑oriented programming and understanding of database principles.
• Self‑motivated attitude towards continuous learning and professional development.
• Familiarity with labour protection and environmental safety regulations.
