Junior Controller Fuel Stock & Deal Control

About the role

Join Circle K Business Centre in Riga as a Junior Controller focusing on fuel stock and deal control. You will be part of the Global Finance organization, handling accounting and reporting for European operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with, ensure, control, and monitor fuel accounting and inventory records.
• Identify, analyse, and investigate discrepancies related to fuel inventories, including terminal fuel stock control and ownership.
• Perform data analysis and help develop and maintain fuel volume control processes.
• Maintain documentation and accounting system records for fuel inventory management and reporting.
• Collaborate with business operations, technical services, and other teams to ensure process continuity.
• Manage financial controls in line with established procedures and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Analytical, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Adaptable to change, solution‑oriented in stressful situations and driven to improve processes.
• Interest in gaining deep understanding of fuel retail and working for a large fuel retailer.
• Higher education or final‑year student in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Fluency in English for communication across Europe.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
