Junior Business Controller

About the role

Join the Nordics & Baltics Health Nutrition Finance team as a Junior Business Controller. You will support forecasting, reporting and performance analysis while developing your technical and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting and processes through data preparation, analysis and validation.
• Prepare and check data for monthly topline closing across ERP and BI systems.
• Produce regular performance analyses for Commercial and Marketing teams, covering product, channel and KPI reviews.
• Present financial performance and insights in local team meetings.
• Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
• Execute ad‑hoc financial analyses and reporting tasks with high accuracy and timely delivery.
• Communicate with local teams to clarify data, align assumptions and ensure consistent reporting.
• Follow internal controls and financial procedures, flagging issues or improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Higher education in Finance or Economics.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across markets.
• Proactive “can‑do” attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Solid Excel skills and basic understanding of P&L.
• Fluent English and ability to meet deadlines.
