Java Cloud Solution Developer

About the role

As a Cloud Solution Developer at SEB in Riga you will design and build large‑scale Big Data solutions for both streaming and batch processing, develop and maintain complex data pipelines, analyse high‑volume transactional data, and help migrate existing applications to cloud‑native platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build large‑scale Big Data solutions using modern cloud technologies.
• Develop, test and maintain complex data pipelines and Big Data systems.
• Perform efficient, high‑quality analysis of large‑scale transactional data.
• Participate in migration of legacy solutions to Google Cloud Platform.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud‑native services.

Required profile

• Strong experience programming in Java (additional experience with Scala or Python is a plus).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud solutions and infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
• Familiarity with agile development, preferably SAFe.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders.
