IT Infrastructure Engineer – Windows, AD & VMware

About the role

PSI is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join its global Infrastructure & Platform team. The role involves designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving Windows and Linux server infrastructure that supports PSI’s worldwide business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and improve Windows and Linux server environments, including virtualization, storage, and backup platforms.
• Administer Windows Active Directory, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and enterprise applications such as email and business systems.
• Manage infrastructure monitoring, patch management, configuration management, and access control services.
• Plan and execute OS patching and infrastructure upgrades in line with company policies.
• Lead small‑to‑medium infrastructure projects and contribute to larger initiatives.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory, warranties, and coordinate with vendors for deliveries and contracts.
• Develop and keep technical documentation, procedures, and system standards up to date.

Required profile

• University degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Practical experience with virtualization technologies and Linux server administration.
• Experience with PKI, email/MTA technologies, backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and produce detailed technical documentation.
