IT Compliance Specialist

About the role

As an IT Compliance Specialist you will ensure that PSI’s internal IT systems and processes meet industry standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies. The position is fully remote and supports the company’s mission to deliver high‑quality medical science solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain IT documentation such as change control records, risk assessments, system inventories, validation reports and disaster recovery plans.
• Generate and provide documentation for internal and external IT audits.
• Participate in audit interviews and answer IT‑related questions from sponsors, clients and vendors.
• Track and follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of departmental Quality System Documents (QSDs) and monitor compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Assist in regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in IT systems and processes.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
• Prior experience working on IT compliance matters.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong document‑management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.

Required skills

• IT compliance documentation (change control, risk assessment, validation, disaster recovery).
• Audit support and documentation preparation.
• Understanding of relevant IT regulations and standards.
