Internal Auditor

About the role

Join the Global Internal Audit team at Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia. As an Internal Auditor you will strengthen internal controls, drive operational excellence and act as a trusted advisor across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operational audits, ICFR reviews and special projects.
• Identify process improvements that add value and reduce risk.
• Prepare clear audit reports and follow up on action plans.
• Advise management on internal controls and risk management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodology.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• 2+ years of audit experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, writing, time‑management and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
