Intern – Fuel Accounts Payable

About the role

Join Circle K Business Centre's Finance team in Riga as an Intern in the Fuel Accounts Payable team. You will gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving international environment, supporting invoice processing and learning fuel accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support fuel invoice processing and match invoices with purchase orders.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and accounting‑related issues.
• Participate in month‑end closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues across the Finance team.

Required profile

• Student in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Interest in building a career in Finance and Accounting.
• Fluency in English and Latvian, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and a proactive approach.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with MS Office tools.
