HR Tech Associate Consultant – Cloud Consulting

About the role

You will support the delivery of modern HR technology projects, work alongside experienced consultants, and develop strong functional and consulting skills in an international, people‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects by contributing to assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and help define solutions.
• Configure and customise SAP SuccessFactors under guidance to meet client needs.
• Participate in customer workshops, take notes, and document solution designs.
• Assist in resolving standard support tickets and troubleshooting issues using internal tools.
• Contribute to end‑user training materials and support training sessions.
• Work closely with consultants and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required profile

• Experience or exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, HRIS systems, or related integrations (including internships or super‑user roles).
• Basic understanding of system configuration, business processes, or HR systems.
• Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn technical aspects such as XML and business rules.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, detail‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, business administration, analytics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Latvian for day‑to‑day client communication.
• Understanding of HR processes (e.g., employee lifecycle, payroll, time management) is an advantage.
