Head of Product Marketing – Financial Products

About the role

As Head of Product Marketing for Financial Products, you will own the marketing strategy and commercial growth of GoMining's non‑core financial portfolio, including Card, Earn, Travel and future services. You will define positioning, launch plans and scaling tactics while driving cross‑sell opportunities across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing strategy for the portfolio, own positioning, messaging and value propositions.
• Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market plans for new products, features, pricing updates and campaigns.
• Own the commercial funnel, driving acquisition, activation, cross‑sell, retention and revenue growth.
• Develop and scale partnership, referral and co‑marketing programs.
• Lead cross‑functional marketing initiatives and mentor senior marketers.

Required profile

• 7+ years in Product Marketing, Go‑to‑Market, Growth Marketing or Marketing Leadership.
• Proven experience marketing multiple products within a single portfolio, preferably in fintech or digital banking.
• Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of funnel economics, pricing, CAC, LTV and revenue growth.
• Experience leading global product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ability to balance commercial growth with regulatory and compliance requirements.
