Head of Commercial – HealthTech (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Commercial to drive the launch of our new HealthTech department. This senior position is fully remote and reports directly to the department founder, working alongside engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0‑to‑1 initiatives in cutting‑edge HealthTech domains.
• Translate high‑level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
• Architect scalable commercial solutions from prototype to production.
• Drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin‑off.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure market validation and traction.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to remote arrangements.
• High‑agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work autonomously.
